Natalie is a Summit County, Colorado life time local who has dedicated her professional career to developing and utilizing leading technologies to solve industry legacy problems, as well as streamlining current operational procedures. She has accumulated ample experience in property management as Director of Leasing and Reservations and in construction management as Project Manager and Systems Administrator. She also has ample experience in managing subcontractors and trade partners and employee and client relations; and as such she has become an ambassador not just within the companies she serves, but with allied business partners in the community, and most importantly the homeowners who make up the backbone of our industry. Over the course of her career, she has been directly involved with $40M in Real Estate Development projects focused on attainable housing in the high country. She has aspirations of becoming a Construction Systems Consultant as well as continuing to develop her passion for information systems technology and entrepreneurship. She lives in Silverthorne with her husband and two children, where she looks forward to continue innovating and shaping the growth of our mountain communities.
